In light of the recent announcement regarding the Scheme being placed under provisional curatorship, we advise you of the following:
- We assure you that the provisional curatorship does not relate to any form of financial mismanagement but rather a governance issue relating to the reconstituting of the Scheme’s Board of Trustees.
- All legitimate claims for relevant healthcare interventions shall be honoured per the Scheme Rules and protocols.
