As from 1 January 2013 Prosano claims will be administered by Bonitas. Claims sent to Prosano via EDI code 155 are being rejected.

In order to have your Prosano claims accepted and processed correctly, in the Medical Aid File, change Prosano’s code to: 050 (omit the “P”).
