SwitchNavigator that enables practices to track and manage claims
from within the PMA. It provides for the auto-allocation of electronic
Remittance Advices as well as direct access to Membership Status
Validation and Benefit Verification from within the PMA.
It allows for the seamless and secure transmission of claims. Provides
for IAC (Instantly Assessed Claims), fast data transmission and is easy
to navigate. It includes an MSV (Membership Status Validation)
checker, as well as access to Medical Scheme responses (Medres) and eRA’s.
SwitchCapture provides for both claims capturing and switching
functionalities. This tool allows practices to track payments and responses
as well as to generate management reports. This online tool requires no
additional practice management software, and is ideal for new or low
volume practices.
