Momentum Access has discontinued the Network Capitation options of Primecure, Medicross and Carecross.
Members need to use Access Network hospitals for hospitalization, and Access Primary Care Network Providers for their
chronic and day-to-day benefits.

Pharos Medical Scheme introduces the Active Saver option. The Rainbow Primary option has been discontinued and members moved over
to the Rainbow Plus option

Medihelp introduces Dimension Prime Network options. The Network is specific to hospitalization and members on the Network options
must make use of a Medihelp Network Hospital to qualify for benefits.

Sizwe introduces the Affordable Save option

GEMS dental options will be routed to Primecure

Bonitas : THE Boncap options is moving from Primecure to Medscheme. Optometry claims will be routed to Opticlear and Dental
claims to Denis.

Nampak: Members of this scheme have moved to Discovery Health (This has been put on hold till March 2013)
