KeyHealth: Change of IT platform
In order to enhance the service to our Members, KeyHealth will change over to a new IT platform on 10 November 2016.
Please note that there will be a transition period from 29 October 2016 to 10 November 2016 during which no claims will be processed. All claims submitted during this period will however be processed after 10 November 2016 once the new IT platform is operational. Members would therefore not be affected as all such claims will be paid during the Scheme’s scheduled payment run intervals.
Please be assured that this changeover does not affect any of your medical scheme benefits and you will therefore still have access to healthcare services (e.g. ability to consult healthcare providers, purchase acute/chronic medication and obtain hospital authorisations, etc.) during this period.
The Client Service (0860 671 050) and the Hospital Pre-authorisation (0860 671 060) call centres will be operational and able to assist you with any enquiries during their normal working hours.
