Delay on weekly ERAs We would like to inform you that we have identified an error with the generation of provider electronic statements for payment dated 28 November 2023 for claims submitted in the week prior and therefore there will be a delay with the upload of electronic statements. We are currently working on resolving the issue and we will provide feedback once it is done. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
