Problem with Discovery Medical Aid Accounts?

ACCOUNTS ACCEPTED BY MEDISWITCH, REJECTED BY DISCOVERY

It has come to our attention that this has been happening at certain practices since 15 March 2011.

Please check your claims:- some doctors and dentists have since not received any payments from Discovery!!!

Now, more than ever do the following:

  • STOP submitting Discovery claims via EDI until the (referring doctor) problem has been fixed
  • Contact our office to let us know your practice needs support
  • If you have a broadband internet connection, click here to download and install Crossloop (skip when asked to register)
  • If you do not have a broadband internet connection, call us to order your update CD
  • Discovery forms a significant patient volume to most of our practices. Don’t delay this any further.
